Which phones can I top up from?
Any phone that allows our 0901 numbers to be called. If topping up from a BT phone, the call will cost you exactly £1 every time. If you are with a service provider other than BT, please check their tariff before topping-up as some will charge different rates for the 0901 number. If topping up with the text message, the service will work from any valid UK mobile number on the T-Mobile, Vodafone, O2 or Orange network.

Which phones can I charge up?
Any phone - landline or mobile. With the 0901 number, please remember that you can only charge the phone that you call from. When topping up via text message, only the mobile phone from which the text message is sent can be topped up.

What will the call cost?
£1 if topping up from a BT phone using our 0901 number - remember we credit your phone with £1 instantly. If you have a service provider other than BT, please check their individual prices before topping-up as some will charge different rates for the 0901 number. When topping up with the text message method, the text message request you send for a £3 top-up will be charged at your standard mobile operator's text rate. Each of the two text messages you receive will cost 150p and will be credited individually one at a time.

Can I charge up more than £1?
Yes you can - each top-up call is £1 but you can make repeated top-ups. You could, for example, put £5 worth of credit on your phone by making five consecutive top-up calls (we do restrict top-ups from any one telephone number to £10 per day and £50 in any 30 days - if you exceed the limit you will not be charged for the attempted charge up).

Can I top up my balance?
Yes, simply repeat the original top-up process. For example, if you have 40p remaining credit and you top-up with another £1, you will have £1.40 worth of credit to make calls.

Which access number is best to use?
You can use the access number 0207 124 6666 if calling from a mobile as this may be part of bundled free minutes you may have on your particular mobile contract, or if you have free national/local calls from your home/office phone.

How can I avoid dialing the access number every time?
Simply feed the access number followed by a pause and then the full international number into your phone's memory.

How many calls can I make?
Well, as many as you want, until your credit runs out. Remember you can top up any phone you want at any time.
