Dial Smart is a revolutionary instant dial service, allowing you to make savings on calls to destinations worldwide without the need to open an account or give any credit card details or get another bill through your door. All you need is a phone line and the appropriate instant dial access number.

How to call

1. Dial the correct access number for the country you wish to call (Alphabetical list).

2. At the prompt, dial your international destination number in full (including 00) - you can dial your number at any time during the prompt.

3. That's it, you're connected.

How you pay for the call

When you make a call using Dial Smart, you only pay for calling one of the access numbers, for which you are charged by your service provider (e.g. BT or NTL). So for example, if you make a 10 minute call to Dhaka, Bangladesh from a BT phone using our 0844 431 2174 access number, then next time you get your BT bill, you will see a call to our 0844 number, a duration of 10 minutes and a charge of 30p - absolutely no charges by us.

The prices shown on this site are BT's charges per minute for calling the access number and you are charged per second from connection to the service. If you are with a service provider other than BT, you need to check with your service provider how much they will charge for calls made to the access numbers. Some mobile service providers even bundle some of the Dial Smart access numbers into certain free minutes packages. If you are thinking of using an access number from your mobile phone, please first check the charges with your mobile service provider. There is also a surcharge from BT payphones - please check at the point of making your call.
